Venue bookings cover the space rental and access to our friendly miniature petting farm. We also offer group workshops, games, floral design, and food/beverage service for an additional fee.

2025 Greenhouse Rental Options
(Peak Season Weddings: July - October):

Full Greenhouse: $5,250 + GST

We prioritize full greenhouse rentals during peak wedding season to ensure each couple has exclusive use of the space.

Additional Services:

Bartenders: $50/hour per bartender (minimum 2 hours). One bartender is required for every 50 guests. A 15% gratuity will be added to all concession purchases.
Liquor License: $250-$350 (required for events serving alcohol).

Off-Peak Rentals:

For events outside the July–October peak season, special pricing may be available depending on the event type, guest count, and duration. Please inquire for a personalized quote. Half or full greenhouse rentals may be available.

Booking Details:

Rentals include 2-3 hour event bookings with 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup.
For bookings over 4 hours, enjoy full-day access for setup and cleanup.

What We Provide:

We provide the venue, a bartender, clean washrooms, food truck hookup, and a stunning atmosphere. All other elements—such as tables, seating, dishware, catering, and décor—must be arranged by the client.
To help bring your vision to life, we recommend working with Triple T Rentals or Party Mood in Duncan, who specialize in event setups tailored to your style and needs.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made up to 90 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

Retainers (50% of the total) are non-refundable.

Events booked less than 90 days in advance are non-refundable.

With workshops, games, time with our friendly miniature animals, and plenty of fun for both children and adults, Superior Farms is sure to provide a farm-tastic experience for your group!

Bookings can also include lovely floral design by our talented on-site florist, as well as food and beverage services provided by our local partners and professional dining/bartending staff.

Birthday Party

Did somebody say Birthday!!

Birthday Party Package – $274.95 + GST (Includes Up to 20 Guests)

Make birthday memories on the farm! This self-guided party package includes access to our petting farm and private use of our outdoor patio space—perfect for gathering, games, and cake time. You'll have a full 2-hour time slot (11:00–1:00 or 2:00–4:00), plus an extra 30 minutes on each end for setup and cleanup.

The package includes up to 20 participants (adults and children combined). Additional guests are welcome at $9.95 per person.
