As the leaves transition from green to orange and the fall season approaches, we invite you to join us in celebrating the end of summer at our Harvest Dinner. It’s a time to gather together, share stories, and strengthen our community bonds while embracing the slower pace and changing seasons.

Mark your calendars for September 27th and indulge in an evening of harvest-inspired dining amidst rustic farmhouse decor followed by an electrically charged concert performance by Van Isle contemporary roots outfit, wiL&Co.

In addition to our sensational meal and captivating music, our miniature petting farm will be open for all guests to enjoy upon arrival and during intermission.

His shows have been coined as legendary; his guitar style; ‘mesmerizing’; captivating listeners with his unusual strumming technique while creating lush, fat and full acoustic guitar sounds that have become signature to the enigmatic fiery, silver bearded frontman that heads up the west coast based Indie folk rock outfit known as WiL&Co.
Not one for school, ‘Billy’s’ youth consisted of skateboarding and holing himself up listening to music; everything from the country twang of Chet Atkins to the raucous punk sound of The Sex Pistols but It wasn’t until hearing the flagrant use of an overdrive pedal on an acoustic guitar in Neutral Milk Hotels ‘In an Aeroplane over the Sea’, that he really started refining and defining his sound and playing style; one that caught the eye of label execs with his debut indie album ‘Both Hands’ effectively launching his career as a songwriter and touring musician.
Tales of this band’s legendary live show and songs like Travel Alberta’s soaring anthem ‘Roam‘ paved the way to share floorboards with the likes of Feist, Matthew Good, Matt Andersen, Ray LaMontagne and many more.

AJ received his Red Seal Certification in 1997, and has since worked at some of the finest 4 star resorts and restaurants across the country. He brings his passion for the art of culinary creation, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence to every dining experience.

AJ, chef/owner has worked in the food industry for over 23 years. After graduating with honours from SAIT in 1997, AJ received his Red Seal Certification. AJ has worked at some of the finest 4 star resorts and restaurants across the country. He brings his passion for the art of culinary creation, attention to detail and commitment to excellence to every dining experience.
