Payment is required right after submission or your registration form will not be processed and your placement will not be secured. Please use the primary Parent/Guardian’s name in the Check-out to ensure that your payment can be validated alongside this form. If you already have an account with us that uses a different name, please use the “Additional Notes” section of your checkout to provide that name or the child being registered.
